- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I waited over an hour in an empty office for a text broker to show. The office manager could tell I was upset and was nothing but rude and unprofessional. I was finally talked to by another tax broker that said he didn't know if he could even help me without charging me. All I needed was the double check service that is provided for FREE and I was given such a hard time. Not only that but the man was talking to me from across the offuce from behind his cubicle. I couldnt even see his face. The office manager is Lading Montgomery and was very nasty. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone.By Sarah Jannette, March 10, 2017
