  DONT BELIEVE THE FALSE REVIEWS.....His website said free consultation that was not true he charged me 250 dollars and made his secretary collect the money before would enter the room to even meet me then after that proceed to use scare tactics to get me to hire him with a 5000 dollar retainer.... after getting the 5250 dollars because he took the consultation plus retainer he gave me about 5 minutes of his time before rushing me out of his office..... I called him the next day and never received a call back when the secretary promised he would return my call ..... I advise him I would no longer need his services via email which was timed and dated less than 24 hrs after I initially paid him. They claimed they had spent over 2 hrs on a deposition that I never saw and charged me another 550.00. So basically I was out of 800.00 for speaking to Mr Rue for a total of 5 min. So unless you want to be ignored, spoken down to, and cheated out of your hard earned money I suggest you use a different attorney.
